People are nice! 30 hour case study is a ridiculous task to expect someone to complete for free though lol. Any company should understand that a person's time is a valuable thing. People have school/other jobs/family to go along with interviewing for a position they may or may not get.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
