I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Veeva Systems
Interview
Expect 4 to 6 interviews. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and made the interview process feel relaxed.
First is a call with a recruiter who will gauge if this type of work is a good fit. It will serve you well to research Veeva before this call to be prepared for the questions asked here.
Second is an exercise that requires ~40 hours of prep. They will ask you to use their software to develop a solution for a hypothetical client and present the solution to a panel of employees. It is important to convey your thought processes when you were developing your solution.
Third is a conversation about company culture with the hiring manager, and forth is a call with someone in the development program.
At this point you may be given an offer or asked for additional interviews.

Question 1
Why Veeva?
Why consulting?
How do you work in teams?
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
