Absurd interview process for a an entry level position or a “development program.” Pros: The recruiter is super responsive and transparent throughout the process. Cons: The final round of written case assignment is extremely time consuming, with very little directions given. They’re not very appreciative of the time you’ve taken for the entire process.

Question 1
First 2-3 rounds are behavioral, whereas the final round is 100% technical. Expect to spend around 50 hours to present in a week.
First round was straightforward and conversational. Good to prepare some knowledge of the industry as well as answers to common interview questions. My interviewer was also very helpful in terms of giving tips and expectations for later rounds.

First round is screening, if you past that you get a week long take home project that you then need to present for 45mins, then interviews with people in the role and managers

Why are you interested in the bioscience/biotech industry?
Initial HR interview, walks you through your CV. Second stage is a take home task learning to configure their software then talk it through and finish configuration with them on a call. Finally HR interview digs deeper into why the role suits you.
