Veeva Systems Human Resources Systems Developer(Workday) interview questions

Hiring Manager Reached Directly on my Email mentioning that he liked my Experiences. Took around couple of Months to schedule an Interview. Finally spoke , Shared my Experiences, Received a Rejection Email a week later. Not even a Single Technical Question and still chose to reject the Candidate, Seems to be just a resume collection. Spoke with couple of candidates in same Who has previously applied for different Position under the Same Hiring Manager received same type of rejection emails after Initial Interview.
