Absurd number of rounds for a role that was a "smile and dial" position how multiple managers put it. I had to give a whole 30 minute presentation during my 5th interview where they were just looking for ideas about the role. After the presentation they proceeded to ghost me with no feedback or conclusion. FIVE interviews.... After giving my presentation they said there would be one more interview too!
