First interview is a phone call with HR basically going over the role then you have an interview with two managers and its pretty standard questions: work experience, tell me about a time, ect
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Velocity Transport (Plano, TX)
Interview
Interview is done as a panel with people in upper management. They are very friendly, and make sure you can hold a conversation. Management is well prepared for you, and know a little bit about yourself already.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Velocity Transport (Plano, TX) in Sept 2018
Interview
Went in and met VP John Lower, Ops Sales Aaron Keester, HR Josh Mills, Sales TL Clint. Was sitting in a conference room with all the managers on one side of the table. They asked me several questions and then told me they would be in touch when they make a decision. Recruiter called me within the hour and asked me to do a drug test within 24 hours and I would start that next Monday. No training, they throw you to the wolves.
Thank you for the feedback in regards to our interview process and Onboarding. Glad it went smoothly!
