I received outreach in mid-June asking me to apply & be considered for the role. No interview time slots were available for 2+ weeks. While I applied with my married name and preferred first name, all communications to me were addressed to the wrong name (my maiden name). I informed the recruiter so my name could be updated, but received no response for over 2 weeks. I decided to withdraw my application and sent a respectful email, but received no response, only a cancelled calendar event. Overall, very bad vibes. I did not get any sense that this company cares about their candidates, and if that's the case, why should I trust that they respect their employees?
