Vendr interview questions

Disorganized, unclear. The interview process lacked professional coordination. I was required to create a presentation, but they omitted materials in the packet. In addition, this presentation asks that you solve problems they have yet to solve internally. This is a horrible interview tactic, at best giving you minimal info about a candidate as you have no baseline to work from. But actually, it is theft of work and time. Multiple communications regarding scheduling went unanswered for days.

Met with recruiter who put me through to hiring manager. Great call with hiring manager. Received email day later that role had been filled. I get it, happens - but just be transparent that there are others farther in the process
