Vengroff Williams interview questions

The interview process was very easy and comfortable, never had I sold myself so hard for a career before. The interviewees asked generally related questions to the job, were great at listening and responded appropriately.

Arranged an interview for the next day after calling. Received a formal confirmation by email. Only after entering, realized it was a collection agency. They have several Departments, several clients, and the Project Manager had 40 people to hire. Seemed to leave the room and come back, several times, to find a good fit, get approval, after getting to know my skills. It happened pretty quickly. After offering me a position at an agreed amount, found myself filling out the employer packet that very day, and coming on board fast.
