Venterra Realty interview questions

The interview was very easy. We used Microsoft Teams but a phone interview was also an option. Great peaceful energy by the interviewer. Unsure if I’m hired yet, but she hit the routine questions and was very professional.

Easy. Just be yourself! Really focus on why you love customer service and being proactive when you need your critical thinking skills the most. Know your strengths and weaknesses and make it a productive conversation with the recruiter. They are all really nice people!
