I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Venteur (San Francisco, CA) in July 2025
Interview
Brief chat with recruiter, followed by two coding problems (including recording yourself discussing your solutions), followed by a 3-person panel that was originally going to be in-office, but became virtual at the last minute. After nearly a week, heard back (that I was rejected).

Question 1
To go in depth describing previous projects I had led.
I did 2 interviews with them and it went very well. I talked with a product manager twice in two different interviews. The first was a resume review, the second was a case study presentation, then a design challenge.
I was told I would absolutely hear back by the end of the week about next steps. I sent her two emails over the next 3 weeks to follow up and was ghosted, never heard anything at all. Surprising for a company of only 40 people and felt very rude.

Question 1
1. Present one case study from your portfolio.
2. How would you design a payment splitting website
I spent a month interviewing with this company and received positive feedback during the interview rounds, just to be rejected with a generic "thanks but no thanks email." I would suggest applying elsewhere if you want your time to be valued seriously.

Tell me about your previous experience, why Venteur etc.
