I had a ~2-hour interview with Venti Technologies for the Data Annotation Intern position in May 2024. I was quite disappointed with how HR arranged my interview schedule. I received an invitation for the interview and confirmed I can attend the slot on Thursday. When I arrived at the company's office, there was an intern HR told me that there was another interview going on and my slot was on Friday. I was quite shocked because they rearranged my interview slot without asking for my availability. The interview consisted of 2 parts: the first part mostly asked about myself and my past projects/works. The second part of the interview was about my technical skills. Firstly, one of my interviewers showed me how to use the annotating tool and a more detailed job description. Then, they asked me to perform some tasks on the tool. After that, another interviewer asked me to solve some programming problems using Python and Linux commands.
