Vention interview questions

Was headhunted via LinkedIn. Three rounds of interview, fowwed by extensive case study presentation (due in 5 days). Did not hear back. Radio silence, even after follow-ups. I got a sense that the teams are disjointed and overworked. Lack of structure and chaotic.

I had one interview with the recruiter and then another interview with the hiring manager a week later. The interviews were easy. They just asked about my experience and why I was interested in the role, but the second woman was really arrogant and not easy to talk to.
