Ventura College interview questions

They conducted a short interview, asking a couple questions and doing a mock tutoring session, wherein my interviewer pretended to be a student needing math help. They wanted to see that I could be flexible and communicate well.

I interviewed with the supervisor and manager. They were very friendly and made me feel welcome. This allowed me to stay relaxed and speak freely. They offered me the position right then and there.
