There was a long 1 hour recruiter screening with a crazy lady. Then there was a 1 hour manager interview. Then they ghosted me for weeks and wasted my time. Process moved very slowly.

I did 3 rounds of MS Teams interviews with 3 different department managers before I went onsite.
MS Teams interview was ok, informal, relaxed style. However, when I went onsite, the interview process was very unorganized, there is no clear agenda of when and who to meet with. looks like they were trying to find people to talk to the candidate while the candidate was already onsite.
Company culture is more like a family-style, small, building and equipment are outdated. Not a lot of training and development provided to the employee or the management team.

All panel interviews. There is really only one guy in the room that matters during the interview and he will decide if you get the job. He will also be the most difficult to deal with if you do get the job.
