      The process was clear from the beginning, with a full explanation of the different steps. Each member that I met was nice, and the feedback/decision was very fast. I am very happy with the full process and would recommend the company.

      I interviewed at Ventura TRAVEL

      Interview

      The interview process took one week for me. I applied online and then recieved an online test testing certain qualifications. After aprox. two days I was invited to an one on one interview with my now manager, that took about one hour. After that interview i recieved a mail that i was invited to the next round, which was scheduled about 4 days after my first interview and was planned for a whole day. I had interviews with 4 different employees from different departments. The qusetions were mostly behavioral questions and each interview lasted one hour. Two days later i recieved my offer.
