Interview
I applied for the position through Indeed. Venture called me for a phone interview. It was very thorough and it gave me a great sense of the company and whether the position might be right for me. They offered me an onsite interview and I met with four separate individuals.
They also provided a tour of the facility. Everyone I spoke with through the whole process was friendly and positive. I knew this team would be a great fit for me!

They have you interview with several executive level employees as well as a few people on the teams you would be working with. They are basically just reading questions off of a piece of paper- very impersonal feeling.
