This Being an USA Based IT & ITES MNC I was offered a Variable pay (Monthly Performance Bonus) which is a good concept for me. The Company settles the PF, Gratuity of past employees in just 4 days which is a good comfort for everyone. I received the offer same day at late night and I accepted it and still do not regret it. I got rewarded with multiple promotions and increments in three years.

Short, Effective and Good. HR round, TL's Interview Round and Interview by Manager. Manager allowed to ask any questions on organization, business and proposed job which made me feel relaxed. By Evening got a offer. Joined next day. I liked the interview process.
