HR round and one round with hiring manager. Both had conflicting comments on what the position setup looks like. The hiring manager was not ready for the interview at all.

Question 1
The HR was trying to sell the role as a remote role that comes with amazing flexibility. On the other hand, the hiring manager (located in India) made funny faces when remote work was brought up in the conversation. He mentioned twice how he was shocked to hear that I am looking for a remote opportunity. The hiring manager was fumbling and was not prepared for the interview. Showed up late too. Basically, an unprofessional manager who took a candidate lightly.
CV and cover letter application, MS Teams interview after. Interview was well structured although technical issues on the part of the interviewers were distracting. Competency and technical questions, followed by some relating to values and style of working,
