pretty standard formal interview, 30 minutes and at my university. Interviewed by a senior engineer and a former intern at the company. They don't give out business cards due to wanting to conserve paper but are more than willing to give contact info and write it down somewhere.

Interview
Got a phone interview. Basic questions regarding how to handle situations, anything to showcase leadership, focus on STAR and anything that relates to the position at hand. Try to keep a conversation, they like to have back and forth. Ask a lot about the position to get an idea of what you would be doing. Be proficient in excel.
