I applied for the position early September, and was contacted about two weeks later for a phone interview. I had the phone interview, and roughly 3 weeks after was invited to their headquarters for an in person interview. I had a full schedule of interview's all morning/ afternoon as well as a scheduled tour around the city with a Realtor. Everyone was very kind and friendly and I enjoyed the tour around the city because I could see myself living in Fort Wayne! I was contacted the next business day and was offered the position.
