Verdantas interview questions

I had a phone screening with someone on the talent acquisition team. I was told that the process would include an interview with the hiring manager followed by one with HR if I was to move on. When I sent my thank you email, I was delighted to actually receive a response from the person I had the screening with. Although I did not move forward, I was treated with respect from the person I spoke with, unlike some other companies.

I applied for a Project Manager role and received a phone call from a recruiter about a month later to set up a panel interview with hiring managers, which was held two business days later. A second panel interview was held only three days later with potential direct coworkers. They offered me a position soon after, which was not the position I applied for, but they felt this would better match my skills and experiences. This was more than fine with me because they were communicative, explained their reasoning well, and showed clear investment in what I could offer the company. They also accommodated a family emergency during this process, showing real commitment to work-life balance, and gave me several days to consider their job offer. I was also able to negotiate a signing bonus, a delayed start date, and other changes to accommodate my scheduling needs. I could not be happier with this company so far through the entire hiring and onboarding processes.
