Interview
Over the phone with Louisiana Sales Manager and in person with Sales Manager in Arizona. Straight forward questions and opportunity to sit with current rep while they work at the in person interview. You will be able to listen to them call on prospects and clients. For the most part a relaxed standard interview process. Don't dress like a slob even though dress code is business casual. Need basic computer skills, need to exhibit that you will work hard and can communicate well.

Interview
2 phone interviews, then a face to face at the office, then a final phone interview with the president of the company. Went over the standard questions, job history, earnings history, phone sales experience, overcoming objections, etc. Also, let me sit with sales reps so I got an idea of what to expect. I was able to speak privately with the reps and got the impression most enjoyed the job.
