Verily Hardware Engineer interview questions

Despite the fact that Verily is great and trying to make an impact on healthcare industry by introducing the medical SoCs, their interview process is extremely annoying. I had terrible experience with interviewer. She missed the first schedule phone interview and did not even apologize. I feel that some of the Verily Engineer do not have enough soft skills to carry an interview. After rescheduling, she missed the second interview and then I gave up on Verily.
