Eerste onderdeel van procedure is een presentatie over de firma, het product, de werkwijze en beloning.
Dan mag je zelf bepalen of je een persoonlijk gesprek wil met recruiter en consorten.
Vervolgens ga je een tweede gesprek aan met een branche manager.
Dan wordt er 1 aanbod gedaan. Wat in alle gevallen gelijk is. Er is namelijk maar 1 instroom punt. En dat is via deze ingang.

Hoe kijk je tegen onze werkwijze aan betreft klantbenadering? (Deur verkoop)
Group chat with everyone including a powerpoint presentation about the role and the company. Then individual interview for about 10 minutes but had to wait once all the other candidates had theirs so it was a long wait.

How would you overcome a lot of no's when door to door selling?
Quite simple, basic questions, nothing about sales, more of a personality assessment. Asked about my background, desire to work in sales and discussed the ins and outs fo the job

Very smooth, good presentation and enjoyed talking with Peter Mulligan, Branch Manager. Looking forward to starting tomorrow and seeing how to company is run and understand why there are so many bad reviews online labelling it a scam company and not looking after customer service
