Interview process is thorough but good. Initial conversation with a recruiter and then you are brought in for a series of back-to-back interviews with different leaders. I believe they grade on a rubric and work together to ensure that they hire people who will fit in with the company and are hard workers.

Recruiter was great. Final interviewer did not give me the time of day and seemed very uninterested in interviewing. Had great conversations with recruiter and what would've been supervisor, however final interviewer filled in and just listed off questions, had no interest in my responses.
