Initial phone screen with HR Manager, basic questions fleshing out work experience and how it related to the job. Had to take an online personality test which was pretty straightforward. After that, I came in for an interview with the hiring manager.

None of the questions were out of the ordinary--I was asked how I helped to build relationships and how to address shifting deadlines, priorities, etc. Very nice people, pretty laid back interview.

Interview
Straight forward. I applied online then Got an email confirmation. Then a follow Up to schedule a telephone interview. Also undertook a personality assessment test.
The HR lady rang me and we had a good conversation. She told me I would be speaking to a hiring manager next but I got an email later saying I didn't quality for the role.
