Group interview with members of the student services, HR, and athletic department staffs. Questions were divided among the committee members and presented conversationally in a low stress manner. I was allowed to address each member on the question and then expand upon my initial answers to additional committee members. I was also allowed to ask any questions I might have at the end of the process.
