I was contacted for a recruiter screening call after submitting my application online.
The interview was somewhat awkward with the interviewer not trying to create a naturally flowing conversation, and started by saying he was going to ask questions and expected them to be answered with the 'SMART' method, and then explained what the 'SMART' method was. The questions were fairly standard but the rigid expectation about how specifically to answer them and the lack of effort into a more conversational approach was a bit off putting.
The interview itself went well and the interviewer concluded by telling me I would be recommended to the hiring manager for a 2nd interview.
I was then ghosted. I attempted to follow up with the recruiter roughly 1-2 weeks after the initial screening call and never received a response.

This job experience dealing with P&L. Do you have any?
Good interview with the team. Skills were assessed, conversations were had, and the interview panel was professional. The whole experience was okay and I came out feeling alright about it. I would say it was a fairly neutral experience all around.
