The Interview process is a really horrid & terrible process. As an experienced HR specialist, it is customary for a company to conduct either 1 or 2 rounds of interviewing. However, it is very unprofessional for candidates to be interviewed multiple times with the exact same questions from the previous interview. That shows a lack of communication within the interviewing committee. Also, another problem I’ve noticed that is very important is your vetting candidates based off of their previous experiences. I’ve recently interviewed for the Therapy Recruiter position. Even though my experiences completely matched the job description, I wasn’t selected because I was informed that my previous positions wasn’t passive recruiting, which isn’t anywhere listed on the job description. This was a major problem for me because my previous positions required me to do way more tasks and responsibilities than what this job has required and I wasn’t selected based off of something that’s not even in the job description. I think this is a serious problem and the interview did give me a sense of underlying racial tones that made me uncomfortable in the second round of interviewing. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who has more than enough experience in interviewing. This company’s ATS is a small based system. Any other system is more advance. Don’t waste your time working or even interviewing here. Especially if your a person of color.
