Vertafore Professional Services Manager interview questions

Initial Questionnaire + IQ testing (4-weeks after initial application). Followed by another round of IQ testing and basic skype interview from the recruiting team (3 weeks after initial questionnaire). Overall, I had a terrible recruiting experience with Vertafore. Since their company made the decision to move their headquarters to Denver from WA they have over promised on their hiring expectations for the year 200+. The recruiting staff is solely focused on the hiring numbers and are letting talent slip through the cracks because they miss common professional courtesy steps. Recruiter acknowledged skill level, experience relative to competition, and salary expectations was within hiring range. Additionally, this interview included promised follow ups from the recruiter with agreed upon times for next interview with hiring manager. Afterwards there was no confirmation on schedule and multiple follow ups with no-response. Two thumbs way down on their professionalism and follow up with the recruiting team. They are set to miss our on key talent in the Denver Market

Organized, everyone was ready. Timing was very well managed. Numerous phone interviews and then onsite interviews. Very well done and you felt like they did a good job. The welcome and the departure were professional. The followup was great. Other companies should call up Vertafore and ask for an outline of the process. Everyone also had read my resume and was aware of my background.
