Felt a lot like it was a check for how I fit with the organization - that they wanted to make sure it was the right fit for the organization as much as it was a fit for me. I felt like my skills were valued and understood, but not much discussed in the interview - it was as if they knew I could do the job, but were trying to make sure I had the right culture fit.
