The process included two interviews; quick response and professional. They have an internal forwarding process if they find you better for another position. Overall I had good experience with Verto Education
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Verto Education (Florence) in July 2025
Interview
The invitation for the first interview came 1 week after I applied. This interview was online with one member of staff. The interviewer was really nice and put me at ease. The interview was a general chat to get to know each other and set expectations. There were (I think) 3 more specific questions about the role, with plenty of room to mention experience. After my follow-up email 1 week after the interview, the interviewer told me they'd get back to me about their decision once the number of their enrolled students is confirmed shortly. Unfortunately, their final answer came almost 6 weeks later, after 2 more follow-up emails from me. I enjoyed the interview, and I was really excited at the prospect of working in this school, so I was a bit disappointed with this delay and the outcome. However, I will apply again in the future.

Question 1
The interviewer explained two different types of students they host and then asked something like: How would you support these two types of students?
