The interview was easy going and fun. The staff were very welcoming. The interview itself was based primarily on teamwork and communication. A range of group exercises were set, which allowed me to show aspects of my personality. Very enjoyable experience and took no longer than two hours.

Be extremely outgoing to stand out from the group and make sure to emphasise your personality as its important to be very sociable in this line of work as you are working with people in every aspect of the job.
