I did MS Teams interviews with three members of staff for the Lab Assistant position.
The purpose of the first interview was to guage whether I was going to be comfortable with their outward religious practices. I was notified that there would be praying during company events and meetings and I was asked directly what the motivation behind my positive attitude was with the motivational cue to point toward Christianity.
With a BS and summa cum laude graduation status I was told that I would need to work the autoclave for 1 year in the Lab Assistant position (which does not require a degree) before I was adequately trained for the position. I was never given the courtesy of a rejection email or call following the interviews. I suspect this was entirely due to the company policy of Golden Rule practices. As they say at VMRD, do unto others...
Female professionals beware. This company is ripe with mysogeny.
