ViON interview questions

5 Levels of Interview Process - Total 5 to 6 weeks, Phone screening twice (recruiter on phone, 1=1 face to face, Phone with Client, then face to face with Panel - Technical Interview, then meeting with there leadership for 3 hours 1=1, Including the CEO. Honestly i don't know what they are achieving out of this, Just wasting both time. Complete old school, They have to re_invent themselves. Please don;t waste your time applying and going through this hassle. Upper Management folks have the power to decide, who has no clue what they want. Good I didn;t join this company.
