Interview
Interview process was quick and easy. I received an email to do a virtual one sided video interview through hirevue and then I spoke with someone to verify my identity. All done within about a week of applying.
I went on a Saturday to interview and the place seemed closed but don't let that stop you, it was open. It was a fairly standard interview, nothing to hard or difficult. The main thing they want to know is that you are helpful and can problem solve. So think of an example of both of those. Good luck!

Virtual interview focused primarily on Medicare, medical Insurance knowledge along with customer service and Telephone Skills. Many older employers were NOT technically vetted and wasted much valuable training class time on basic software and computer skill deficiancy questions.
