Viam Staff Software Engineer interview questions

Initial chat with internal recruiter, followed by a first-stage technical interview with two engineers from the wider team. Didn't proceed past that point. The internal recruiter was great: he was responsive, kept me informed, and seemed to have a great understanding of the role. The two engineers in the technical interview, however, were caught off guard when I asked about details of the role, and they had to search for the role description during the interview.
