Three step process.
1. Recruiter Interview - This took about a half hour which covered my work history.
2. Phone interview with hiring Manager which was more indepth on my work history and work experience.
3. Onsite panel interview. This was a 4 hour interview process where I met with the director, the hiring manager, one of the hiring managers direct reports, as well as an individual within Enterprise Quality.
The onsite interview was formal and I brought examples of my past work, which I believe helped solidify an offer after the lengthy background check.
