The process made clear that ViaSat is deeply committed to ensuring that prospective employees are motivated, passionate, and excited to be a part of the culture they have worked hard to create. The interview process allowed me insight into the current business operations, the corporation's commitment to people, and ViaSat's path to sustain its growth into the future. That said, the process was fairly long. For this role, I had two phone interviews, an onsite interview with the hiring manager, and three follow-up group interviews. Even so, each person that I interviewed with was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to be a part of ViaSat; the latter being something I haven't experienced in many interviews. The process ended up making me more comfortable in my decision to pursue the opportunity.
