I was first reached to by a recruiter, followed with a phone interview with one of the HRBPs, then flown out to Carlsbad for an all day, onsite interview with various P&C team members. Although I was not ultimately offered a position, I must say, this was one of the most POSITIVE experiences I have been through. Interviewing can be difficult and exhausting. This team was great; the communication, the hospitality, all was very much appreciated. I am rating it my top candidate experience and I wish the team the best of luck!
