The interview itself was great and done in person. Both interviewers asked great questions and had good conversation. I am writing this to give a heads up that if you don’t get the position you won’t be told you didn’t get it. The HR team will ghost you and leave you hanging.

Question 1
Name a challenge that prevented a deal from moving forward that you were able to overcome.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Viatris (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Initially it went extremely well. Made it to the final two and the last would be moving forward to an HR call. I got the call to have a final virtual interview with the HR manager. After a few questions she then asked what my salary expectation were. I asked the usual and safe question..."What is the salary range for this position, specifically with my experience?" Quickly she replied, we only provide that information to our internal candidates. I then asked her for the reason for this, and she became rude, short, and uncomfortable. She was far from professional and frankly I was completely turned off. Nonetheless, after that call I never heard from anyone again until I sent a couple of follow up emails. I had been speaking to them for about a month.

It was to be done in STAR format and they asked many situational questions. For example, how did you overcame a challenge at work or how did you handle a difficult employee or account/client?
