Interview process was intially online with both HR and technical teams, Lots of behavioral questions : How do you handle stressful situation, How do you handle difficult coworkers. Lots of technical questions were also given

Interview
Phone interview with HR. Pretty typical interview questions. HR interviewer became really pushy when discussing compensation for position. I was personally looking to learn if I would be a good cultural fit for the company but instead was scoffed at for disclosing my current salary as being not accurate to my experience level. The unprofessional attitude towards a negotiable topic such as compensation was off putting. I recommend to anyone interviewing to highly emphasize their interest in company fit first and research into the current retention issues the company is having at that location.
