I totally understand and agree you can't respond to every candidate that applies, but you can certainly spare a quick email when you've made contact, then changed your mind for whatever reason. They're either very disorganized, or could care less about your time. Beware.

I was introduced about the company and then more information about the position. Then asked about the projects on my resume. Along with some behavior questions.
