      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at VidMob (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2025

      Interview

      I went through multiple stages of the interview process and had great conversations with several team members, including senior leadership. Feedback was positive throughout, and I was told I was the first candidate to reach the final stage. Unfortunately, communication stopped entirely after that. Even after following up, I never received a response. After investing significant time and energy, it was disappointing not to receive any outcome or feedback. I hope this is something the company works to improve. The role and team seemed genuinely exciting, and it’s a shame the process ended this way.
