Interview
The interview process is a bit on the longer side, but for good reasons. They vet their applicants to a reasonable level to ensure their quality training program will only go to applicants that will be able to do the work. Everyone was nice, the training program is a couple months and ensures proper knowledge right from the start.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Videotron (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Needed to complete in depth questionnaire, which was well thought out and challenging. The medical release form on the other hand is not an SOP form and is used to filter candidates. Beware what you reveal.

It was straight forward and interviewers were very nice, HR and Supervisor included, the HR heleped me a lot, in choosing the correct department that I should work for.
Also, I believe that the supervisor was building his opinion on me, based on my response even if the answer is wrong.
