System Design (60-90m): Architecting end-to-end data pipelines or MLOps infrastructure. Focus on scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency.
Domain Expertise (60m): Specific deep dives into tools like Spark, Kubernetes, or Data Governance frameworks (e.g., OpenMetadata).
3. Leadership & Behavioral
Hiring Manager Interview (60m): Focus on team impact, OKR/KPI setting, and conflict resolution.
STAR Method: Be ready to discuss specific failures and how you led technical migrations.
4. Final Review
Executive Interview: Brief chat with the CTO/VP for cultural alignment and strategic vision.

Interview
The interview will mainly focus on the mindset of particular job - Introduce yourself - explain your talents and skills - also the mindset of how you solve problems in a particular circumstance that will help the employer understand your idea and problem solving. It also depends on how your thinking and mindset could align with their vision for the job.

Interview
Good, but try not to ask too many questions if they are not interested. Instead, start with an introduction and why you chose VNM, briefly outline the case study, and then ask deeper “why” questions.
