      Analyst Interview

      9 June 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Vindex

      Interview

I had only one 30-minute interview (less time for questions) to familiarize myself with the company, role, and people before being given a very large at home assignment that took 6+ hours. Then had another 4 interviews totaling over 2 hours. I would have preferred more interviews before the at home assignment so I could know if it was a good fit before taking 2-3 days of freetime to do more work for free.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They ask you to explain any resume gaps and to explain why you left all your previous jobs, even jobs that were a long time ago.
