Vinovest interview questions

Invited to two interview. First was okay, brief with some situational questions. Second interview was okay, but I was asked me why I quit my job before securing another one. Mentioned it was a red flag, and focused on that most of the interview. It had only been 2 months. I really just wanted to focus on finding a company that aligns with my skills after my previous contract ended. Felt a bit judged because I had a 2 month gap. I also followed up with a thank you email and was told I would hear back after all interviews were complete in about a week or two. A whole month later and I was ghosted. No one ever followed up. It’s fine, I ended up being picked up by a wonderful company shortly after, thankfully. But some individuals at Vinovest just doesn’t have any regard or respect for your time. Lesson learned. Just a note, most applicants are okay and even used to rejection. If someone takes the time out to interview with you twice and follows up, the least you can do is send a generic email letting them know it’s not going to work/not a good fit.
