Vinson Hall interview questions

Initial phone interview and then a panel, it was a very interesting in person. Overall it felt very amateur, I think they could've pulled together a more experienced group for the interview. It was easy, no tough questions. I think it depends on the role. I know for leadership they have future employees sit in on interviews later in the process.
